A classic fairytale
re-imagined through dance
Smikle Dance Project and Shoreditch Youth Dance Company (SYD) took audiences on a magical and heartwarming adventure during this years Brighton Fringe Festival.
Eleven sold out performances to audiences members ranging from three to seventy five years old. Sibling friendship, body popping crows and soul eating witches formed part of the narrative of our latest dance theatre work.
Originally created as an immersive experience set in the magnificient arches of the St Augustine Centre, Brighton the production was then re staged and performed at the Rose Theatre, Kingston during the International Youth Arts Festival Gala Performane in front of HRH, Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.
